Other Projects

Paul started doing professional ‘gigs’ at the age of 14 in 1985 playing jazz saxophone with his brother Adam on piano in local cafes in the Blue Mountains. High school rock bands followed, big band jazz, the sydney jazz scene, then joining Sirocco in 1996 and touring around the world in festivals and events. It is through this work that Paul first heard a children’s choir (Sydney Children’s Choir), writing music for the Sydney Australia Day Fireworks finale. After touring to over 45 countries, working with country music, pop, jazz, experimental, folk and the music of Asia, the Middle East, The Pacific, Indigenous Australia and more, Paul found a home in Choral Music and conducting choirs.

Here is an example of some of Paul’s projects and experiences over the years.
