Paul has been a regular arranger for the Beat Festival since 2012, contributing 40 pieces for based choir and band. The Beat Festival is directed by Bill Grose and attracts thousands of students from all over the Northern Territory. Held in Darwin annually, the festival has a big focus on developing song writers and especially students from remote areas. 

In 2020 the festival went entirely online in an incredible effort entirely produced and performed by teachers, students and the production team!
